Online Training Opportunities
From the Field to the Table: A Quest of Kansas Wheat

Knife Skills with Food Safety Description

- Introduce basic knife skills and culinary cuts to prepare home cooked meals wile reviewing basic food safety!

Infant Scavenger Hunt
Self-Paced Booklet Study 2 KDHE Hours
- In a self-paced environment, participants can navigate and become familiar with USDA’s Infant Feeding Guide.
- Participants will explore the entire resource to gain knowledge for infants in their program.
- Bottle Warmer, Bibs, Bowls, and other infant resources available after completion of this course (while supplies last - $50 value)
KSDE Training Portal
KSDE provides unique trainings for the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
You must first obtain a log in and then you will be able to enroll in online courses for FREE! Great news--- these will also count toward your KDHE licensing.
When finished, you must submit the certificate to our office. (Not all courses count toward the 2 HR nutrition education requirement.)
